Skill Question
I'm using right now Forceful Blow elite, which says if it hits, target is weakened for say 18 secs. I follow that up with Fierce Blow which gives me additiional +36 dmg if target is suffereing from weakness. So is being weakened and having weakness on you the same thing? I was using Devastating hammer before and that does do weakness on the target.

Yes, weakened and weakness are the same thing. It is just an inconsistency in the description wording.
You can check if the target has weakness. Look for a swirling white cloudy aura around the target's feet, and/or a brown down-arrow on the target's health bar (though this is for any condition). |
